Located at Praia do Pego, in Comporta, the JNcQUOI Beach Club stands out for its architectural elegance and the way it integrates into the surrounding natural landscape. The project, developed by Amorim Luxury, is set between white sand dunes, pine forest and the Atlantic Ocean, reflecting a careful and sensitive approach to the territory.
Designed by architect Vincent Van Duysen, the JNcQUOI Beach Club adopts a contemporary architectural language, characterised by the use of natural materials and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The construction features national and Nordic timber, African thatch and other natural materials, creating a sophisticated, serene environment deeply connected to the coastal context.
The intervention executed by CarmoForm included the construction of the restaurant, cabanas, boardwalks, beach support facilities, sanitary areas, infirmaries and thatched furniture, forming a coherent and carefully articulated ensemble. The project required a high level of architectural detail and technical rigour, both in the production phase and during on-site execution, ensuring durability, comfort and performance in a marine environment.
CarmoForm played a central role in materialising the architectural concept, ensuring construction quality and the harmonious integration of the structures into the dune system, helping to establish the JNcQUOI Beach Club as a reference project in beach architecture in Portugal.
